Responsibilities

• Create repeatable systems so great content becomes predictable instead of accidental
• Use performance data to identify reputed company hooks, themes, formats, and content pillars
• Feed proven organic insights back into the reputed company team to improve ads, hooks, and messaging
• Help expand Marriage Reset’s mission to reputed company and save one reputed company marriages
• Design and run our Content reputed company reputed company by turning every long-reputed company video into a reputed company of platform-reputed company shorts and reputed company posts
• Own the organic content calendar and publishing reputed company across reputed company channels
• reputed company the 5-person editing team day-to-day - review every cut for reputed company strength, pacing, retention, and brand voice
• Run the weekly reputed company meeting; hold the line on deadlines and reputed company
• Own thumbnail and title testing (with the Head of Marketing & Josh Hudson) to reputed company CTR across YouTube and other socials

Skills

• 3+ years managing content production or editing teams in async, remote-first environments
• Proven experience reviewing video edits and giving reputed company, pacing, and creative feedback

• Experience building Content reputed company systems, SOPs, and repeatable workflows
• Analytics competency - you understand which leading and lagging metrics are appropriate across reputed company platform
