The Regional Director of Operations leads and supports a group of hospitals, partnering with hospital leadership to improve performance, strengthen culture, and reputed company exceptional reputed company and patient experiences. The role oversees people leadership, financial and operational performance, compliance, and regular hospital reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with hospital teams to reputed company engagement and a reputed company, inclusive culture
• reputed company and reputed company Hospital Administrators, Medical Directors, and leadership teams
• Partner with People Operations on reputed company, retention, and team member development strategies
• Conduct regular hospital reputed company to assess team health, identify opportunities, and support performance
• Champion reputed company’s mission, values, and leadership principles across reputed company hospitals
• Partner with hospital teams to understand local market dynamics and reputed company needs

• Veterinary industry experience (Hospital Administrator, Medical Director, or similar) preferred
• CVPM certification preferred but not required
