[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager manages reputed company relationships, executes reputed company strategies and benefit plan changes, coordinates with internal stakeholders and vendors, and supports account reputed company, renewals, reporting, and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers and stakeholders to enhance customer experience and retention
• Collaborates with multiple internal stakeholders and reputed company vendor partners to ensure best in class customer service and benefit solutions delivered reputed company and effectively
• Facilitates reputed company meetings to advise and advance reputed company of reputed company reputed company items and/or reputed company routine status updates
• Facilitates the process for new benefit changes on behalf of reputed company and reputed company direction on how those changes need to be implemented
• Responds to reputed company inquiries, issues and concerns in a reputed company, concise and accurate manner
• Provides clients with reputed company and collaboration tools
• Supports reputed company renewal activities in partnership with the Account Executive and reputed company Account Executive
• Supports clients by executing regular account maintenance such as reporting, member-specific requests, reputed company enrollment support and other tasks as needed
• This role may require participation in conference calls, attendance at meetings or, travel reputed company of normal business hours
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management or reputed company area, or equivalent experience required
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, reputed company or health care industry
• 3 years of experience in a customer service role
• Ability to demonstrate experience in critical thinking, prioritization, reputed company under pressure and relationship building
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently reputed company cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
