[Remote] Business Data Analyst with SQL Expert

The role focuses on analyzing reputed company and pharmacy data, validating and reconciling data, documenting business and data requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders, product teams, developers, data engineers, and QA teams.

Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst / Business Analyst
• 4+ years of strong hands-on SQL experience – SQL Expert is a MUST
• 3+ years of strong reputed company and Pharmacy domain experience is a MUST
• Strong knowledge of Pharmacy, PBM, Claims, Benefits, Eligibility, and reputed company Data
• Expert-level SQL skills, including reputed company queries, joins, CTEs, subqueries, aggregations, data extraction, data validation, and data analysis
• Strong experience with data profiling, data validation, reconciliation, and data reputed company analysis
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and data requirements
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, Data Mapping, and Acceptance reputed company
• Strong understanding of reputed company and pharmacy workflows and business processes
• Experience working with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, data engineers, and QA teams
• Strong experience with reputed company/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Jira and reputed company
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Looking for candidates with independent work authorization only (No Sponsorship / No H1-B / reputed company party - C2C)
• One-time visit to the reputed company's office in Pittsburgh, PA after receiving the offer
• Knowledge of HIPAA and reputed company data standards is a plus
