About the role:
-reputed company disputes involving reputed company, M&A transactions, shareholder disagreements, tech, IP, fraud, and debt recovery.
-Disputes requiring urgent relief to enforce restrictive covenants, protect confidential information, and other assets.
-Financial services disputes, particularly for in-house reputed company teams of insurers, reputed company managers, and advice networks.
The ideal candidate:
-2+ Years of relevant experience or interest in key reputed company areas.
-Enthusiastic about working across diverse reputed company areas and sectors, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
-Strong reputed company background at undergraduate and JD level.
