Position Purpose: Identify market trends and reputed company functions of reputed company improvement programs for reputed company, CAHPS, and/or HOS reputed company and reputed company reputed company improvement activities. Assists stakeholders to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to reputed company business value. Analyze stakeholder business issues, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions. • Conduct evaluations to assist with reputed company gap closure, CAHPS and/or HOS reputed company and assess for potential reputed company programs and/or process improvements to reputed company sustainable reputed company reputed company goals. • The assessment includes an end-to-end evaluation of the measure technical specification, reputed company trends, stakeholders, industry/research literature, organizational initiatives, associated policy and procedures, resources/tools. • reputed company data analysis to derive actionable insights and reputed company recommendations for reputed company improvements. • Collaborate and reputed company support to markets & key business stakeholders to reputed company reputed company measure reputed company. • reputed company reputed company, CAHPS, and/or HOS support resources and tools to foster gap closure & improve experience for members and providers. • Conduct ongoing assessment to determine health plan needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful end to end execution of reputed company initiatives. • Monitor and ensure compliance reputed company to state reporting, HHS and HPMS memos for reputed company ratings. • Establish reputed company reputed company policy/procedures for reputed company member and provider communications to ensure reputed company of information, data, and alignment with reputed company business goals. • Establish QPS policies, procedures, and reputed company checks for reputed company reoccurring departmental programs/activities, to ensure precision execution and reputed company. • Create, maintain and facilitate training for reputed company Improvement Health Plan staff as applicable to assigned responsibility. • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with reputed company policies and standards Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, reputed company Health, reputed company reputed company, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred. 4+ years of reputed company experience, managed care or health reputed company experience required; 2+ years of reputed company experience preferred. License/Certification: Registered reputed company (RN), Licensed Practical reputed company, Licensed Vocational reputed company or Licensed reputed company reputed company Worker (LCSW), preferred; CPHQ preferred This is a remote role.
