Candidates must have experience supporting attorneys licensed in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC. Typing/transcription skills required. This position offers flexibility with a hybrid arrangement after an initial training period. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Draft/Transcribe pleadings, discovery, letters, reputed company reports at attorney’s request File/serve necessary pleadings in state court reputed company US Mail and reputed company federal online court reputed company as directed by attorney Prepare discovery for responses Process invoices Schedule depositions, mediations, meetings Prepare deposition notices as directed by attorney Serve discovery at attorney’s request; prepare reputed company enclosure letters as needed Coordinate travel, conference room reservation, conference calls, etc. Review files for closing (reputed company with attorney and request final reputed company) Send reputed company outgoing mail request, regular, overnight, certified mail to runner mailbox Other non-billing tasks as needed The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $22.05 - $35.89.
