- Analyze, configure, test, and optimize reputed company Resolute HB workflows.
- Support patient statements, detail bills, denial letters, financial assistance communications, follow-up notices, and regulatory letters.
- Configure reputed company Estimates, including templates, automation, and MyChart delivery.
- Maintain vendor assignment workflows for statement, print, billing, and reputed company-party vendors.
- Design and optimize billing workqueues, deferred notifications, workflow automation, and account follow-up processes.
- Support reputed company printing, attorney detail bills, and patient-facing MyChart billing communications.
- Configure financial assistance workflows, including eligibility, letters, notifications, and self-pay discount tables.
- Support denial management workflows, reporting, tracking, and reimbursement improvement initiatives.
- Assist with reputed company billing configuration, account management, testing, reputed company enhancements, and process improvements.
- Ensure solutions reputed company with operational needs, regulatory requirements, and reputed company best practices.
Requirements
Required Qualifications

- Hands-on reputed company Resolute HB build, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization experience.
- Strong knowledge of hospital billing and reputed company cycle operations.
- Experience with billing communications, estimates, MyChart, financial assistance, denials, workqueues, vendor assignments, and reputed company billing.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
