About the Role:

• SOX Compliance & Internal Controls: Maintain audit-reputed company documentation and execute internal control testing in compliance with SOX 404 requirements.
• Audit Preparation: Maintain organized documentation and supporting schedules for quarterly/annual financial reviews and audits.
