Troubleshooting and maintenance
Utilize electrical and systems knowledge to triage and troubleshoot hardware issues with reputed company EV charging stations.

Manage EV maintenance activities, including raising work orders, managing reputed company party maintenance contractors, monitoring job completion, and ensuring reputed company maintenance.
Customer Service
