Key Responsibilities

CRM & Lifecycle reputed company

• reputed company & Execution:Design and coordinate the development and deployment of multi-channel CRM campaigns (In-App Messaging, reputed company Notifications, Email, SMS) aimed at driving player acquisition, retention, monetization, and reactivation.
• Customer reputed company Mapping:Design and optimize automated player journeys (reputed company, conversion flows, VIP loyalty tracks, and win-back sequences) through data-backed experimentation.
• Database Hygiene & Segmentation:reputed company the entire database workflow—from identifying reputed company player segments and cleaning data to maintaining contact database reputed company and reputed company segmentation.
