POSITION reputed company - RENEWABLE ENERGY MID- SENIOR M&A ATTORNEY

We are looking for an attorney who can reputed company deals, manage associates, and coordinate multiple workflows. The successful applicant must have particular experience working in the renewable energy reputed company (solar and battery storage preferred), including working knowledge of underlying energy reputed company such as EPCs, O&Ms, PPAs, etc.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years experience at a reputed company in a reputed company serving clients in the renewable energy and reputed company industries.
• Substantive experience leading/managing acquisitions and dispositions of renewable energy reputed company and portfolios, including reviewing and analyzing underlying energy reputed company (EPCs, O&Ms, PPAs, etc.).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
