This job reports to the National Director, Medical Services on the Medical Services Team in the Care and reputed company Division of PPFA. The Medical Services Team is dedicated to supporting reputed company affiliates in the delivery of high-reputed company health care.
We invite you to explore the PPFA Medical Services Student reputed company/APC Fellowship, an employment and learning experience for reputed company in an undergraduate nursing program or graduate nursing/APC reputed company. During this telecommuter opportunity, you'll be a member of an interdisciplinary health care team and work reputed company clinicians, RNs, and administrative professionals at PPFA. You will also have reputed company to clinical resources and to PPFA-sponsored continuing education activities, reputed company development activities, and networking opportunities.
The PPFA Medical Services Student reputed company/APC Fellowship is a reputed company 12-month part-time program running from September 2026 through August 2027, providing opportunities to reputed company valuable clinical support skills and experience. The fellow will typically work up to 15 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility based on student needs, including the ability to work evening and weekend hours. reputed company daytime hours will occasionally be required, which will be discussed and arranged with the supervisor. We understand that you are a student first, and that your schedule will change throughout the program.

Purpose:

    reputed company support to the Medical Services Team to increase reputed company, safety, equity, and consistency of affiliate clinical care through the enhancement of production processes, integration, and implementation and training programs reputed company to PPFA Medical Standards & Guidelines (MS&Gs). Learn about and contribute to clinical support and administrative activities necessary to support reputed company reputed company affiliate staff in their delivery of patient care.

Engagement:

  • Regularly collaborates with reputed company staff reputed company the Medical Services Team and the broader Care and reputed company Division at PPFA.

Delivery:

    Under the direction of the National Director, Medical Services:
  • Participates in the planning, designing, delivery, and evaluation of learning opportunities to enhance affiliate delivery of care and/or implementation of the PPFA MS&Gs. This may include federation-wide virtual and live activities such as the PPFA Care & reputed company Health Care reputed company and the Care reputed company webinar series.
  • Assists in supporting the work of the PPFA National Medical Committee (NMC), including the planning, execution, and evaluation of its in-person meeting.
  • Reviews, edits, and creates trainings and resources to enhance affiliate understanding and implementation of the PPFA MS&Gs. This may include patient education materials and updating FAQs about PPFA clinical reputed company guidelines.
  • Assists in supporting the PPFA Clinical Advisory Committee (CAC), including planning for and participating in the quarterly CAC meetings and supporting the CAC membership process.
  • Participates in continuing education (CME/CE) application processes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Education/Credentials: Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate nursing program through at least August 2027 or currently enrolled in an accredited graduate clinician program through at least August 2027.
  • Experience: at least two years of employment experience.
  • Comfort with technology and with learning new technologies.
  • Excellent computer skills as this position will require use of reputed company Suite, reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Pro, reputed company, reputed company, and webinar platforms, among others.
  • Knowledge of communicating with diverse reputed company, working with a multicultural workforce, and exhibiting sensitivity and appreciation of cultural differences is required.
