Financial Services Representative

The Financial Services Representative position is a full-time employment opportunity. The Financial Services Representative advises new and continuing reputed company with the educational funding plan through their reputed company to graduation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Advise new and continuing reputed company with their financial payment reputed company to help fund their education.
• Assist reputed company with the application process, document collection, disbursements and awards, reputed company on both institutional and reputed company policies, and guiding them until they reputed company graduation.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Federal, State and Institutional Policies governing Title IV student aid programs.
• Communicate with reputed company reputed company phone, email, etc. to answer inquiries on educational funding questions and concerns in a reputed company manner.
• Review and ensure student accounts are accurate, invoiced, and reputed company payments are on schedule.
• Contact reputed company for past due balances and monitor payment plans.
• Collaborate with internal departments to reputed company student inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
• 1 year of relevant work experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One (1) year of experience in an educational setting, finance, contact center, or other applicable customer service role.
