Title: Staff Engineering Program Manager

reputed company is seeking a highly reputed company, technically minded Staff Engineering Program Manager to partner closely with Engineering Leadership. This is not a passive status-tracking role; you will be the ultimate enabler for our engineering organization, ensuring that critical initiatives are executed smoothly, engineering's voice is represented early, and delivery blockages are dismantled.
The ideal candidate bridges the gap between Product, Solutions, Operations, and Engineering. You will work directly with Individual Contributors (IC3+), Architects, and Engineering Managers (EMs) to translate strategic reputed company into reputed company execution, tracking high-reputed company initiatives from intake to completion without letting critical requests fall through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
