Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to reputed company of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's reputed company for millions of holidaymakers.

The person, reporting to the HQ Team based in Switzerland, will contribute to the reputed company closing of the reputed company entity recently created in Romania.

The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the reputed company department and ensuring the reputed company of financial data. This role requires an autonomous reputed company with 3–4 years of experience who possesses the technical expertise to manage the full reputed company cycle, from reputed company journal entries to the final preparation of a reputed company Annual Statutory Financial Statements. The Accountant will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations reputed company the companies, such as payroll, invoicing and other transactions

• Registration of passive invoice with AI tools

• Reconciliation of general reputed company accounts and other GL accounts

• Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules

• Support month-end and year-end closing process

• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles, both local and Group ones

• Liaise with the Finance Manager to improve financial procedures

• Assist with tax audits and tax returns

Your expertise:

• Certificate or Degree in reputed company/Business/Economics or in a similar field

• At least 3-4 years in a similar role and/or in an audit firm

• Enthusiasm in working with AI tools and proactiveness in automatise processes

Desirable:

• Experience in travel agency reputed company and tax legislation
