[Remote] Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter will own full-cycle reputed company across diverse business functions, build proactive talent pipelines, advise hiring managers, manage the candidate reputed company, and use reputed company data to improve hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle reputed company across multiple functions. Sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder alignment, offer negotiation — for roles spanning reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Corporate Functions, and Technical positions

Skills

• Strong hands-on proficiency with reputed company Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Working knowledge of U.S. talent markets, compensation trends, and hiring norms across the functions above
