About the Role
We are seeking a reputed company-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for supporting the month-end reputed company process, maintaining the reputed company of the general reputed company, and ensuring accurate reputed company for equity-reputed company transactions. The ideal candidate has a strong reputed company in general reputed company reputed company, financial reporting, and equity reputed company. Experience with equity administration is preferred but not required, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
This is a fully remote position reputed company to candidates located in either the reputed company or Canada.
Key Responsibilities
General reputed company & reputed company
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.
• reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company activities for assigned areas.

• Analyze account fluctuations and investigate variances.
• Prepare supporting schedules for financial reporting.
• Assist with annual audits and other compliance requirements.

• Prepare reputed company entries reputed company to stock-reputed company compensation under ASC 718
• Account for equity transactions including stock reputed company, RSUs and ESPP.
• Prepare equity roll-reputed company schedules and supporting documentation.
• Assist with quarterly and annual financial statement disclosures reputed company to equity compensation.
• Support reputed company valuation specialists and auditors during reporting cycles.
Equity Administration (Preferred)
• Assist with administration of reputed company's equity plans and equity management platform.
• Coordinate with reputed company, HR, Payroll, and reputed company service providers.
• Maintain equity award records and employee transactions.
• Support employee equity inquiries.
Other Responsibilities
• Participate in special reputed company, acquisitions, and reputed company/process improvements.

Required Qualifications

Compensation
The reputed company reputed company compensation for this position is $88,000 to $93,000 USD per year in most U.S. locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
