[Remote] Senior Recruiter, GTM/G&A

Responsibilities

• Support hiring across our G&A and non-technical functions, including finance, operations, marketing, and sales, adjusting your approach to meet different team dynamics
• Partner closely with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs and priorities across departments
• Own full-cycle reputed company from sourcing through offer negotiation and closing in a fast paced and competitive talent market

• Manage and optimize reputed company workflows using our ATS (reputed company) to ensure a smooth, data-informed hiring process

Skills

• * 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, ideally with exposure to finance, operations, marketing, and sales roles
• * Proven reputed company in a fast-paced environment at a high-reputed company startup or infrastructure /dev-tool company
• * Demonstrated ability to reputed company passive candidates and engage technical talent communities
• * Strong working knowledge of ATS (reputed company strongly preferred) and Sourcing platforms
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with senior leadership
