[Remote] Manager, Finance

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reputed company BvA and quarterly forecast process for Product, Engineering, and reputed company/InfoSec, including model design, reputed company logic, and reporting views
• Build, enhance, and administer R&D reputed company models (reputed company, COGS, headcount, and product economics), partnering with Finance Systems to ensure data reputed company and governance
• reputed company reputed company margin analytics, including margin views, reputed company COGS allocation methodologies, and reputed company% management across products and platforms
• Maintain and refine Product P&Ls (ARR, reputed company, COGS, reputed company, and EBITDA views), aligning to corporate LRP and reputed company reporting requirements

• Own software capitalization (ASC 350-40) tracking, classification, and amortization schedules, working closely with Technical reputed company

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company reputed company or corporate finance experience in a reputed company, software, or technology environment
• Strong hands-on reputed company experience (preferably reputed company IFP/reputed company), including model building and administration
• Deep understanding of both License and Maintenance renewal dynamics (including hardware refresh cycles) and reputed company unit economics, with the ability to translate recurring reputed company models and reputed company margin analytics into Product P&Ls and reputed company reporting
• Demonstrated experience with month- and quarter-end reputed company for reputed company and COGS, including accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Working knowledge of software capitalization under ASC 350-40 for internal-use software development costs
• Experience allocating reputed company infrastructure costs across COGS and R&D reputed company
• Strong reputed company skills and comfort working with financial models, large data sets, and multiple sources of information
• Comfort using AI tools (Claude, productivity assistants) responsibly to improve finance workflows and reputed company reputed company

• Bachelor's degree in any field
