[Remote] Business Operations Analyst

The Business Operations Analyst serves as a reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional and reputed company requirements. The role focuses on optimizing processes, supporting reputed company reputed company enhancements, coordinating testing and implementation, and enabling effective reputed company adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into reputed company reputed company requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance reputed company
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners to design, configure, and implement reputed company solutions
• Support end-to-end reputed company lifecycle activities, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to reputed company stakeholders on requirements and solution design

• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development and defect triage

Skills

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role
• Experience with reputed company platforms such as CRM/reputed company, ERP, HRIS, or data/reporting systems
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and reputed company requirements
• Working knowledge of SDLC, reputed company, and/or reputed company methodologies
• Ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into business-friendly language (and vice versa)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
