[Remote] Account Receivable Collections Specialist

The Account Receivable Collections Specialist ensures reputed company payment receipt and posting by communicating with customers, resolving invoice discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and supporting accounts receivable activities in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiating communication with partners, clients, and customers to request payment
• Responding to incoming calls and emails in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Initiating inquiries and conducting research to reputed company invoice discrepancies
• Escalating collections issues in accordance with company procedures
• Preparing, modifying, and sending invoices or invoice reminder notices
• Identifying customer payments and accurately recording them into the reputed company
• Maintaining databases and spreadsheets and updating information as needed
• Generating statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
• Asking questions and sharing reputed company
• Performing other administrative, reputed company, or collections-reputed company responsibilities as assigned

Skills

• 1-2 years of customer service, administrative, or other reputed company experience
• Experience with reputed company Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new technology
• Demonstrating reputed company and tenacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated desire to continually learn and improve performance

• Superior time management skills
• Past collections experience is a plus
