[Remote] Systems Administrator, Enablement Technology

The Enablement Technology Systems Administrator will administer, support, and continuously improve learning platforms, primarily reputed company, while partnering with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to reputed company reputed company solutions for sales enablement, training, reputed company, certification, and other learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company administrator for the Learning Management reputed company (LMS) and reputed company learning technologies, ensuring platform stability, reputed company, performance, and user satisfaction
• Configure, maintain, and optimize platform settings, user roles, permissions, governance standards, and data reputed company processes
• reputed company the design, implementation, and enhancement of learning programs, workflows, automations, and platform capabilities reputed company with business objectives
• Manage reputed company integrations, authentication services, SSO, SAML, SCIM provisioning, and identity reputed company to support reputed company user reputed company
• Partner with business stakeholders, program managers, technical teams, and vendors to reputed company requirements and reputed company reputed company technology solutions
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot reputed company issues, and coordinate with vendors to reputed company technical challenges and implement product enhancements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering reputed company software platforms such as LMS, enablement platforms, CRM, CMS, reputed company systems, or similar applications
• Experience managing user reputed company, permissions, platform configuration, governance, troubleshooting, data reputed company, and lifecycle management processes
• Strong knowledge of authentication technologies and reputed company identity management, including SSO, SAML, SCIM, provisioning workflows, and reputed company Entra ID
• Familiarity with reputed company, webhooks, integrations, automation platforms, and workflow management tools used reputed company reputed company software environments
• Working knowledge of reputed company and CSS for platform customization, branding, and user experience improvements
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, analytics, reputed company Analytics, and leveraging data to reputed company platform adoption and reputed company improvement
• Excellent communication, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• This is a US Based home-based position and is not tied to a corporate office location
• The role supports a global user reputed company and cross-functional teams across multiple reputed company. As a result, the successful candidate must be available to work primarily during Eastern Time business hours, with occasional flexibility required to support global stakeholders and business needs
• Candidates must maintain a dedicated home office or reputed company workspace that provides a reliable, secure, and distraction-free environment conducive to productivity, virtual collaboration, and confidential business discussions
• The ability to participate in video conferences, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings with reputed company interruptions during working hours is required
