[Remote] Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist will assist pharmacy clients and patients by troubleshooting product issues, answering questions across phone, email, and chat, providing product training, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to reputed company a strong support experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle reputed company questions through inbound phone calls, emails, and chats
