[Remote] Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis leads financial management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning for the School, including its $400M+ annual operating budget. The role also manages reputed company of three financial analysts and partners with senior leaders and finance stakeholders to support resource allocation and long-term planning.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of 10 years' relevant work experience
• 7+ years of experience in sponsored research finance reputed company a reputed company higher education, hospital, reputed company, or reputed company medical center environment required; higher education experience strongly preferred
• Supervisory experience required
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic financial planning and modeling reputed company a large, decentralized organization, preferably in higher education, reputed company, research, or other mission-driven environments
• Strong executive reputed company with the ability to synthesize reputed company financial information into reputed company communications and recommendations for senior leadership and non-financial stakeholders
