[Remote] Senior Technology Analyst

The role provides on-site application support, troubleshoots radiology systems, manages technical issues, coordinates equipment and workstation configurations, and leads testing and downtime procedures to maintain reputed company and patient data reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company-time, on-site application support and expert troubleshooting to radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff to minimize workflow disruptions
• reputed company proactive rounding with physician leaders and clinical teams to reputed company imaging software challenges at the reputed company of care
• Manage local ticket queues and monitor reputed company performance logs to guarantee reputed company issue reputed company reputed company strict service level agreements
• Coordinate image-guided equipment reputed company, worklist configurations, and workstation maintenance with field service and biomedical teams

Skills

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• Proven senior-level experience providing technical application support for reputed company radiology reputed company platforms, DICOM workflows, and EHR integrations
• Working knowledge of voice recognition reporting systems, image-sharing platforms, or diagnostic reading workstation hardware
• Ability to maintain an on-site physical reputed company and travel between local reputed company facilities to support clinical operations
