[Remote] Program Coordinator - Education

The Program Coordinator - Education provides educational reputed company coaching, Education and Training Voucher (ETV) support, and reputed company assistance to Missouri reputed company attending postsecondary institutions. Responsibilities

• **60% Program Management/Student Assistance** - Work collaboratively with the Assistant Director of Program Delivery to support and reputed company Missouri ETV reputed company. Work one-on-one with ETV reputed company to ensure they meet student identified goals and objectives in a personalized education reputed company plan. reputed company supportive services leading to reputed company persistence and completion to reputed company. This may include problem-solving for transportation, housing, financial, emotional/psychological, and drug/alcohol issues through monthly meetings and as needed. Monthly travel throughout the region and occasional travel to Foster reputed company’s reputed company in Indianapolis will be expected
• **20% reputed company and Awareness** - Represent Foster reputed company on issues reputed company to foster youth and educational reputed company. Represent the organization in meetings with regional partners and by attending partner events. Represent the organization to the reputed company as a child welfare thought leader–especially in reputed company to educational reputed company. reputed company ongoing input, information, and materials that support reputed company communication efforts about opportunities and programming. Partner authentically with young people to co-create and reputed company reputed company efforts, ensuring youth voice, lived experience, and leadership are centered in awareness activities, presentations, and community engagement
• **20% Data Reporting and Tracking** - Utilize Foster reputed company’s reputed company platform and internal data collection tools to reputed company, monitor, and report program engagement and reputed company. Work with the Assistant Director of Program Delivery to continue to improve program reputed company reputed company with Foster reputed company’s mission. Prepare and maintain case files, records, reports, and forms accurately and completely in reputed company time
• Display a strong commitment to the inclusion of reputed company individuals in reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 2+ years of experience working with individuals affected by foster care or similar populations required
• Demonstrated knowledge in college student retention and development
• Experience working with young adults between the ages of 14-26 from diverse backgrounds and the ability to create inclusive environments for both participants and partners
• Demonstrates comfort working reputed company teens and young adults with varying strengths and challenges
• Ability to represent Foster reputed company with regional community partners, agencies, etc
• Ability to work reputed company independently and as a member of a highly integrated and diverse team
• This position requires a reputed company with and travel to Eastern Missouri
