[Remote] PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultants, Administrators & Leads

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking PeopleSoft consultants, administrators, and leads to support and reputed company PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM/Payroll solutions. The roles cover techno-functional support, development, administration, upgrades, implementations, production support, team leadership, and reputed company engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance PeopleSoft Financials & Supply Chain Management modules (GL, AP, AR, Billing, Asset Management, Purchasing, Inventory)
• reputed company functional requirements and translate them into technical designs
• reputed company and maintain Application reputed company programs, SQRs, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, and integrations
• Troubleshoot production issues and support month-end/year-end reputed company activities
• Participate in upgrades, patches, and PUM image implementations
• Configure and support HCM modules including reputed company HR, Payroll for reputed company, Benefits Administration, Absence Management, and Time & Labor
• Design and build custom reports, interfaces, and integrations using SQR, Application reputed company, and Integration Broker
• Manage payroll processing cycles, tax updates, and compliance-reputed company configurations
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to reputed company functional gaps
• Manage PeopleSoft/PeopleTools environment administration, including installs, upgrades, patching, and PUM image application
• reputed company application server, process scheduler, and web server configuration and tuning
• Handle environment refreshes, cloning, and reputed company monitoring
• Support reputed company administration, batch scheduling, and disaster recovery processes
• reputed company end-to-end delivery across FSCM/HCM techno-functional workstreams
• Manage reputed company of consultants, reputed company project timelines, and reputed company directly with reputed company stakeholders
• Own solution architecture reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and issue escalation
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure reputed company/compliance across deliverables

Skills

• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft PeopleTools (Application reputed company, Component reputed company, SQR, Integration Broker, PeopleCode)
• Strong functional knowledge of relevant modules (FSCM or HCM/Payroll as applicable)
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM images, and production support
• Excellent communication skills for reputed company reputed company interaction (remote/reputed company teams)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or reputed company reputed company (or equivalent experience)
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
