[Remote] Account Director

The Investor Relations Account Director will reputed company reputed company financial communications, manage quarterly reporting and investor-facing materials, position companies with analysts and investors, and supervise junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• reputed company quarterly reporting process including, earnings announcement preparation, earnings release development, script development for CEOs and CFOs and Q&A preparation
• Serves as a reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company needs
• Ensure the reputed company companies are appropriately and strategically positioned for reputed company with analysts, investors, and reputed company stakeholders
• Responsible for ideating the appropriate reputed company, reputed company, and tactics, as reputed company as providing high-reputed company corporate visibility that supports sales, attracts capital, and builds shareholder value
• Draft, refine and finalize investor-facing press releases, shareholder letters and other reputed company financial documents
• Draft, refine and finalize investor marketing materials including corporate presentations and investor meeting factsheets
• Respond to inbound requests and inquiries from investors
• Supervise junior colleagues to support reputed company management

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Services, Equity Research, Economics, Financial reputed company Relations, or similar relevant experience
• Understanding of finance, capital markets, reputed company events, financial statements and reputed company company reporting requirements
• Ability to reputed company reputed company's financial communication reputed company
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
