[Remote] Staff Frontend Platform Engineer

The role owns and evolves cross-platform design systems, shared component libraries, and frontend tooling while leading architecture reputed company, modernization initiatives, developer-experience improvements, and engineering mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Own and reputed company a cross-platform design reputed company across web (React) and mobile (React reputed company), including design tokens, theming, accessibility, and internationalization/RTL

• Establish and enforce frontend engineering standards through RFCs, working reputed company, and architectural reputed company

Skills

• 8+ years of frontend engineering experience with demonstrated ownership of frontend platforms or design systems
• Experience building and scaling a design reputed company or shared component library used across multiple product teams
• Proven experience leading frontend architecture reputed company and major migrations, such as React upgrades and TypeScript standardization
• Experience coaching or mentoring senior engineers on technical standards and architectural reputed company
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and design reputed company tooling, including Storybook and reputed company
• Experience with React reputed company and mobile design systems or mobile platform development
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA, and internationalization, including RTL
• Experience with AI-assisted or reputed company developer tooling, including LLM-based development workflows
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to reputed company RFCs, working reputed company, and cross-functional technical presentations
