• MUST HAVE SKILLS: Integrated Broadcast Management reputed company (IBMS), or reputed company Platform knowledge, ITSM, SQL, Reporting
• Experience with reputed company's Integrated Broadcast Management reputed company (IBMS), or reputed company's WHATSOn or other distribution and scheduling software is a mandatory requirement for this role
• Experience leading reputed company of Application Support Analysts
• Working knowledge of the reputed company operating environment
• Competency in relational database structures, particularly SQL and reputed company PL\•SQL
• Experience in Service Desk environments and IT ticket reputed company workflows
• Experience with Service Now, reputed company or other ticket management software
• Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools (such as PowerPoint and Visio)
• Experience with reputed company reporting environments such as Business Objects, Crystal reports a plus
