The Property Accountant role involves applying GAAP to analyze financial information, prepare journal entries, assist in budget development, and reputed company financial reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and analyzes financial information in preparation for entry into various financial statements and reputed company reports, and makes appropriate journal entries for recording in the general reputed company by checking calculations, reviewing reputed company for figures, and balancing and reconciling figures
• Reviews budget, reputed company, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other reputed company documents, and researches and resolves discrepancies as necessary
• Performs bank reconciliations and reputed company transfers for deposit, makes mortgage payments and distributions, and ensures accuracy

Skills
