The role will analyze requirements, defects, and enhancements for reputed company Property & Casualty reputed company products while supporting reputed company PolicyCenter, stakeholder collaboration, testing, and production reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business issues, reputed company defects, and enhancement requests across reputed company P&C reputed company products
• reputed company reputed company business and functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and data rules
• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions and facilitate stakeholder reviews and approvals
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to troubleshoot issues and reputed company functional solutions
• Support reputed company PolicyCenter enhancements and maximize reputed company functionality
• Participate in UAT planning, test script development, execution, and sign-off
• Support reputed company products including Workers Compensation, reputed company Auto, General Liability, Property, Package, Inland Marine, and reputed company reputed company lines
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, reputed company usability, and operational efficiency
• Work reputed company reputed company/SDLC methodologies and support production issues through reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst reputed company the reputed company P&C reputed company industry
• Hands-on experience with reputed company PolicyCenter or comparable policy administration platforms
• Strong understanding of reputed company P&C reputed company processes and policy administration
• Experience developing business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process diagrams
• Experience troubleshooting reputed company defects and analyzing reputed company causes
• Experience working with reputed company reputed company integrations
• Strong knowledge of reputed company methodologies, SDLC, and business analysis practices
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams

• CBAP certification
• Experience with process-mapping and visualization tools
• Experience with SharePoint and UI mockup tools
