The Software Engineer will reputed company expert-level technical support across multiple products, troubleshoot web and mobile applications and reputed company systems, and coordinate incident response. Responsibilities

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technical support, software development, or reputed company technical roles
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript technologies (e.g. Javascript, Typescript, Node) and frontend reputed company (e.g. React)
• Experience with database troubleshooting and reputed company (e.g. SQL, reputed company)
• Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, serverless container technologies (reputed company, reputed company) and container orchestration platforms such as reputed company, OpenShift, or equivalent
