[Remote] Cybersecurity Specialist - VM reputed company reputed company/Remediation Support

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a small business delivering technology, cybersecurity, and mission-support solutions to federal reputed company customers. reputed company is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to conduct vulnerability scanning and support remediation activities for NIH/OD-OIT, including reputed company management, vulnerability validation, remediation coordination, reporting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and reputed company vulnerability scans
• Configure reputed company policies, credentials, targets, and schedules
• Review reputed company results for reputed company and completeness
• Validate vulnerabilities and investigate potential false positives
• Coordinate remediation with reputed company owners and technical teams
• reputed company vulnerability remediation through closure
• reputed company rescans to validate corrective actions
• reputed company vulnerability reports, metrics, and remediation status updates
• Maintain vulnerability scanning procedures and documentation
• Identify recurring vulnerabilities and recommend corrective measures

Skills

• Associate degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, information systems, business, communications, or a reputed company reputed company, or an additional two or more years of relevant experience in reputed company of the degree requirement
• At least 7 years of relevant experience reputed company to the responsibilities of this position
• Experience operating reputed company vulnerability scanning technologies
• Experience analyzing vulnerabilities and coordinating remediation
