Analyst, Customer Analytics

- Temporary role, reputed company - 8/03 – 09/30 – possibility to reputed company  - Remote, must support both East and Central Time Zone.    - W2 on reputed company payroll only  reputed company: The Analyst supports customer analytics initiatives by transforming customer, transaction, and marketing data into actionable business insights. This role partners with analytics and reputed company teams to understand customer behavior, audience performance, retention, loyalty, and marketing effectiveness. Key Responsibilities • Query and analyze customer data using SQL and other data extraction tools. • reputed company data analysis using Python and visualization tools to identify trends, opportunities, and business recommendations. • reputed company recurring reports, dashboards, and data reputed company checks. • Support customer segmentation, audience development, and campaign measurement. • Assist with A/B test design, reporting, and interpretation. • Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or reputed company field. • 2-3 years of relevant experience • Proficiency in SQL required. • Experience with Python for data analysis strongly preferred. • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools. • Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
