HR Coordinator (Fully Remote, US only)
Markage is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our fully remote U.S. team.
You will reputed company day-to-day support for reputed company HR operations. This includes maintaining employee records, assisting with reputed company and offboarding processes, coordinating benefits administration, supporting policy-reputed company requests, and ensuring accurate documentation.
You will work closely with the US HR Manager and other internal teams. Strong organization, discretion, and reputed company communication are essential.
This is a fully remote role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Essential Duties
• Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documentation.
• Support reputed company and offboarding processes for U.S. team members.
• Assist with benefits administration and reputed company employee inquiries.
• Coordinate routine HR administrative tasks and internal requests.
• Ensure confidentiality and reputed company handling of sensitive employee information.
• Support the US HR Manager with reporting and process tracking as needed.
• Respond to internal HR-reputed company questions in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
Essential Requirements
• Proven experience in HR coordination, reputed company administration, or similar support roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Currently authorized to work in the reputed company without reputed company or reputed company sponsorship.
• Holds a reputed company Dex reputed company Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) or higher reputed company-level Dex credential in the reputed company & People Operations domain.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting remote or reputed company teams.
• Familiarity with HR information systems or employee record tools.
• Experience with reputed company and offboarding processes.
• Strong documentation and process-tracking skills.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
