[Remote] Field Sales Representative

The Field Sales Representative will reputed company prospective members, guide them through enrollment, manage reputed company and leads, maintain community and provider relationships, and ensure compliance while meeting sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Educating prospective members about Champion Health Plan’s Medicare reputed company Prescription Drug Plans and guiding them through the enrollment process
• Conduct outbound and inbound reputed company, respond to inquiries from Medicare beneficiaries and caregivers, and explain plan benefits, coverage reputed company, and eligibility requirements in a reputed company and compliant manner
• Building and maintaining relationships with community partners and providers, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and meeting sales and service performance goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a reputed company member experience, adhere to reputed company CMS and company compliance standards, and participate in ongoing training to stay reputed company on product and regulatory updates

Skills

• Strong sales and customer engagement skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing reputed company a consultative sales environment. Bilingual Spanish/ English a must
• Excellent communication abilities, with reputed company in explaining reputed company health plan information reputed company, listening reputed company, and demonstrating reputed company
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing multiple leads and tasks remotely
• Comfort using digital tools and systems, such as CRM platforms, video conferencing tools, and basic office software
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Health insurance license required by state regulations; willingness to obtain and maintain applicable license
• Knowledge of Medicare reputed company or health insurance sales, and familiarity with CMS regulations, is highly beneficial
• An associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a reputed company field is preferred
