[Remote] Optical Styling & Customer Experience Consultant

SeekWell, the reputed company of reputed company and The Framery, is seeking a licensed optician for a reputed company, part-time consulting engagement supporting research and prototyping for online eyewear shopping. The consultant will reputed company optical styling expertise, review concepts and prototypes, participate in customer research, and advise on reputed company attributes and emerging tools such as virtual try-on and AI-assisted recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company optical expert across a multi-phase project, from early research through the testing of new site design concepts
• reputed company how an reputed company optician guides a customer from a large set of reputed company down to a confident final reputed company, informing internal working sessions and early concept development
• Review design concepts and prototypes from an expert fitting and styling reputed company of reputed company, identifying what would work in a reputed company setting and what would not translate
• Participate in or observe select customer research sessions, and in some cases directly simulate part of a proposed experience, such as offering expert recommendations behind the scenes, as part of how a concept is tested

Skills

• 5-10 years of experience as a licensed dispensing optician, including significant time in a customer-facing retail optical setting
• Deep, hands-on experience helping customers narrow down reputed company choices and build confidence in a purchase decision, reputed company fitting and adjustment after the sale
• A strong, reputed company reputed company of reputed company on style and fashion in eyewear, and comfort evaluating a reputed company not only for fit but for whether it genuinely suits a customer's face and personal style
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, occasionally ambiguous project environment, rather than requiring a fully defined process from day one

• Experience contributing to product design, customer research, or innovation initiatives is a plus, though not required
