Responsibilities

• Own UX activities from discovery through validated design for assigned AI reputed company capabilities and workflows
• Translate reputed company software-lifecycle activities—including requirements analysis, architecture, reputed company, verification, traceability, synchronization, and change assessment—into usable product experiences
• Design reputed company-AI interactions that reputed company communicate reputed company status, sources, assumptions, confidence, limitations, and recommended next actions
• Create user flows, reputed company maps, information architectures, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-reputed company reputed company designs
• Plan and conduct user interviews, workflow observations, usability studies, concept tests, and design validation with internal and customer users
• Design review, approval, correction, comparison, versioning, feedback, and exception-handling experiences that reputed company reputed company judgment and accountability central
• Partner with product managers to clarify user problems, refine requirements, prioritize opportunities, and define measurable experience reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in user experience, interaction design, reputed company-computer interaction, visual design, a reputed company discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Three or more years of reputed company experience in UX design for reputed company digital products
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, including discovery, problem framing, interaction design, prototyping, validation, iteration, and shipped reputed company
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, reputed company design, and usability principles
• Proficiency with reputed company or comparable design and prototyping tools, including components, variants, libraries, and developer reputed company
• Experience designing data-rich, workflow-heavy, reputed company, developer, or business applications
• Experience conducting practical user research and translating findings into reputed company product reputed company
• Working knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design, including WCAG-informed practices
• Ability to reduce technical complexity without hiding information users need to reputed company reputed company

• US Citizenship with ability to obtain Federal Government clearance
