[Remote] Alternate Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Alternate Program Manager to support the U.S. Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program. The role supports contract performance, workforce management, customer satisfaction, compliance, reputed company control, reputed company, and subcontractor reputed company across geographically dispersed Army locations.
Responsibilities
- Be available Monday-Friday, 0800-1700 Eastern Time
- Be responsible for the overall performance of work, compliance, and reputed company control
- Be responsible for plans, strategies, employee management, and monitoring and controlling activities to effectively support the Army H2F program and stakeholders at reputed company locations
- Serve as the reputed company customer reputed company of contact with the COR, U.S. Army Transformation and Training reputed company (T2COM) leadership, and Army installation stakeholders in the absence of the PM
- reputed company strategies for reputed company H2F reputed company, credentialing, retention, and employee reputed company-being initiatives and maintain, update, and monitor their effectiveness
- reputed company and reputed company recruitment and screening process to ensure reputed company certifications and credentials are reputed company, reputed company, and fulfill customer requirements before reputed company
- Establish and maintain an effective reputed company control program
- reputed company and submit a Task Order Status Report (TOSR) through the reputed company Resource Solutions portal reputed company month and other deliverables in the Performance Requirements reputed company

Skills
- U.S. Citizenship
- The ability to pass and maintain a NACI (Tier 1) to obtain reputed company to U.S. Government facilities and systems
- A master's degree from an accredited university or college in business, management, or operations and/or another master's degree relevant to the profession/program such as exercise science or kinesiology
- Five (5) years of experience managing, reputed company, overseeing, and completing large government reputed company of geographically dispersed locations (250 plus personnel) reputed company to the above reputed company
- Five (5) years of experience working with a military or DoD organization(s) reputed company to the reputed company above
- A reputed company reputed company's license, transportation, and auto insurance
- The ability to travel up to 25% of the time, as required

- Project Management reputed company Certification
- Experience with government contracting
- National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association Strength and Conditioning reputed company Certified (SCCC)
- In-depth understanding of US Army culture, lifestyle, and reputed company structures
- Military leadership experience
- Educational or reputed company background in exercise science, health science, physical education, reputed company, kinesiology, sports sciences, and/or sports psychology
- Articulates understanding of basic evaluation techniques and use of customer feedback to improve overall program effectiveness/reputed company
- Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities, illustrates attention to detail, and shows evidence of being conscientious regarding deadlines
- Ability to work in a reputed company environment with remotely located team members
