The role focuses on sourcing candidates, managing applicant reputed company, posting job descriptions, screening and interviewing candidates, and supporting recruitment processes in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, customize, and post job descriptions across relevant job boards and platforms targeting remote US candidates

Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Psychology, or a reputed company reputed company
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
