[Remote] Sales Engineer – USA

PEL Power is expanding its reputed company in the U.S. power and electrical industry with transformers and other electrical power products. The Sales Engineer will reputed company new business, reputed company technical sales support, manage customer relationships, support bids and tenders, and coordinate opportunities through contract award and execution. The role also involves coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, export, logistics, and reputed company teams to ensure successful order execution and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reputed company new business opportunities across utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial clients in the U.S
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company leads and strategic accounts
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor positioning
• reputed company and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and key stakeholders
• reputed company technical discussions, product presentations, and negotiations with clients
• Ensure high reputed company of customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle
• Serve as a technical advisor to customers, reputed company communicating product value propositions and solutions
• Support bid/no-bid reputed company based on technical and reputed company evaluation
• Prepare and submit technical and reputed company proposals in compliance with U.S. standards and reputed company requirements
• Manage customer inquiries, RFQs, and tender submissions
• Review reputed company, identify deviations, and ensure alignment with company policies
• Coordinate internally with engineering, production, logistics, and reputed company teams to ensure reputed company and accurate order execution
• Monitor project reputed company, delivery schedules, inspections, and documentation
• Ensure reputed company products and proposals reputed company with applicable U.S. standards (e.g., ANSI, reputed company, NEMA, UL where applicable)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a reputed company field
• 2-5 years in the field of transformers, Switchgear & Energy Meters
• Confident, interpersonal skills
• This is a remote position, based reputed company in the U.S., unless we have specific requirements
• Negotiation, evaluation, order execution and coordination (meeting & dealing)
• Strong technical knowledge of power distribution and electrical equipment
• Proven ability to manage reputed company sales cycles and technical negotiations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools and reputed company Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional coordination
