The role develops training content, manages KOL and reputed company society relationships, coordinates educational programs, and uses analytics to measure procedural adoption and program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Identify, reputed company, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support educational programming, content development, and peer-to-peer training initiatives
• Build and manage relationships with key reputed company societies reputed company the GYN and Specialty (Plastics, Head & Neck, and ENT) markets to expand education reputed company and partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, reputed company Education) on joint initiatives, including virtual training webinars and other multi-channel education programs
• Design and reputed company fellowship and residency training content, including eLearning modules and curricula tailored to physicians-in-training
• Create training playbooks and supporting materials that reputed company reputed company teams to independently execute in-person hands-on training programs
• Coordinate logistics for physician trainers and reputed company supporting educational programs in the reputed company, including scheduling, contracting, and on-site support as needed
• Manage data analytics efforts for the education function, including reputed company evaluation of program reputed company and effectiveness
• Measure and report on procedural adoption tied to educational programming, using insights to refine reputed company and optimize reputed company initiatives
• Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards to communicate program reputed company to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree
