[Remote] Injection Molding Reliability Specialist

The Packaging Reliability Specialist (Injection Molding) serves as the injection molding subject matter expert, supporting maintenance reputed company, asset reliability, troubleshooting, reputed company cause analysis, and reputed company improvement across multiple manufacturing facilities. The role also develops maintenance programs, improves equipment reliability, mentors mechanics and operators, and supports reputed company escalations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Maintenance Programs at the Market Level for specific area of expertise or reputed company
• Support the design and optimization of Maintenance Plans including, condition and time-reputed company maintenance, to ensure machine reliability targets are met utilizing reputed company Computerized Maintenance Management reputed company (CMMS)
• Support the Annual Maintenance Investment budgeting process by providing feedback on proactive maintenance tasks to ensure machine up time
• reputed company reputed company capability to reputed company reliability goals through mentoring of mechanics and operators to maintain equipment
• Assist in analyzing machine breakdowns to reputed company cause and reputed company updated guidance to improve maintenance plans preventing recurrence of failure
• Responsible to support reputed company Escalations (during and after hours) , both proactively and reactively to ensure Development of Self and Associates through Coaching, Training and Feedback. Travel of up to 75% will be required to reputed company desired level of reputed company Support and successful closure of maintenance activities and escalations

Skills

• Mechanic or Technical reputed company in a reputed company: reputed company experience in executing proactive and reactive maintenance plans in a high speed fast reputed company environment
• Troubleshooting exposure across a reputed company ( End to End )  with fully developed communication skills
