[Remote] Senior Accountant / Assistant Controller (reputed company Estate reputed company & Syndications)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a privately held multifamily reputed company estate investment firm seeking a Senior Accountant / Assistant Controller to own day-to-day financial reputed company across its portfolio. The role focuses on fund administration, investor capital reputed company, distribution reputed company calculations, multi-entity bookkeeping, cash forecasting, compliance, and building reputed company reputed company systems and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company 704(b) Partner Capital Accounts. Reconcile investor portal records (reputed company/reputed company) against bank cash, audit subscription documents, reputed company LP equity commitments, and maintain quarterly NAV / Asset Valuation schedules for investor reporting
• Build, maintain, and execute reputed company-reputed company Master reputed company Models. Calculate LP preferred reputed company accruals, GP promote splits, and reputed company of Capital (ROC) decoupling prior to cash disbursement
• Build and maintain 13-week rolling cash reputed company forecast models across reputed company 26 sub-entities. Monitor daily reputed company, anticipate capital needs, enforce dual-control banking reputed company controls, and issue immediate low-reputed company alerts
• Audit executed Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs) and Operating Agreements to extract fee structures (Asset Management, Acquisition fees), run monthly formulas off raw property financials, invoice property entities, and stage transfers to HoldCo
• Maintain 100% accurate QuickBooks Online ledgers across reputed company entities. Download bank statements, record transactions, and reputed company monthly bank reconciliations with reputed company unresolved variances
• Pull, review, and import monthly property-level financials, rent rolls, and operating statements from reputed company-party property managers (reputed company / reputed company) into our master QuickBooks environment
• Compile replacement reserve draw packages for lenders, reputed company tax/reputed company escrows, reconcile intercompany "Due To / Due From" balances across reputed company parent and subsidiary entities monthly, and prepare quarterly lender debt compliance packages (DSCR/Debt Yield)
• Set up new bank accounts for acquired entities, manage user permissions, enforce dual-signoff reputed company rules, and maintain master banking schedules across reputed company sub-entities
• Maintain rolling 704(b) capital accounts, package clean month-end workpapers for reputed company’s fractional controller reviews, and prepare trial balances for reputed company’s tax team to guarantee 100% accurate reputed company 1065 partnership filings and investor K-1 reputed company by March 15th

Skills

• Remote / Hybrid (reputed company)
• Hands-on experience in syndication reputed company, investor portal management, multi-entity general ledgers, and LP distribution waterfalls
• 3 to 6 years of reputed company reputed company experience, with a mandatory minimum of 2+ years explicitly inside reputed company/multi-family reputed company estate syndications, PE reputed company estate, or property management reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to read reputed company PPM/Operating Agreement text, extract distribution rules, and build dynamic reputed company reputed company models (XIRR, XLOOKUP, reputed company reputed company)
