[Remote] Director Business Analytics

The Director, Business Analytics leads reputed company analytics, targeting, and sales forecasting while managing analytics platforms, dashboards, forecasting processes, and an analytics team to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Supports the design and reputed company assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to reputed company sales channels and resources in a compliant manner
• Takes over management of the newly launched reputed company analytics platform and Power BI reputed company
• Builds and maintains analytics dashboards in Power BI to support the measurement of sales performance and day-to-day operations
• Manages the day-to-day activities of the Analytics Team members
• Coordinates sales forecasting submissions, processes and supports reputed company analyses as needed
• Supports the targeting and segmentation of field activities and leads the analytic work on sales force size and structure
• Supports sales incentive compensation analytics as needed
• Identifies trends, forecasts, and provides alerts based on sales data that support strategic plans for reputed company Celltrion product and collates useful information that enables strategic decision-making and tactical implementation
• Partners with Celltrion Contract Management on the provision of needed analytics to calculate rebates and administration fees

Skills

• • 10+ years of experience with sales in the biopharma reputed company
• • 10+ years of experience with developing pharmaceutical analytics solutions
• • 3+ years of experience with team management
• • Ability to effectively and persuasively communicate data and analytics across multiple stakeholders
• • Demonstrated experience with the design, implementation and management of reputed company analytics platforms
• • Experience with product launches, and post launch activities
• • Strong analytical skills, including sales forecasting, targeting and segmentation
• • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and visual communication and presentation skills
• • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly by directing reputed company effectively
• • Demonstrated effective working relationships in a US and global work environment
• • Demonstrated team player who can work reputed company with others
• Bachelor's degree required
• • Analytical – ability to manage and interpret data; propose and explain sales data
