[Remote] Retail Property Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Retail Property Accountant for a remote role supporting retail property operations. The position is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, accounts receivable and payable, tenant lease administration, reconciliations, audits, cash management, and reputed company reputed company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting packages, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses to support accurate financial results
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting efforts by compiling key assumptions, gathering capital expenditure data, maintaining tenant-level budget information, and entering finalized budgets into the reputed company reputed company
• Produce quarterly forecasts and financial variance reports to assist management with operational and financial planning
• Administer the accounts receivable function, including monitoring cash collections, processing recurring tenant billings and adjustments, and reconciling tenant accounts
• reputed company accounts payable activities by reviewing invoice coding, verifying approvals, and maintaining reputed company supporting documentation and audit compliance
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage tenant sales reporting by collecting sales information, maintaining data reputed company, and generating periodic reports for distribution
• Coordinate temporary tenant lease administration, including document review, MRI reputed company entry, receivable tracking, and reputed company deposit management
• Serve as the reputed company administrator for MRI, ensuring accurate reputed company maintenance, report development, software updates, and user training
• Monitor lease-reputed company reports and schedules, including rent rolls, lease expirations, tenant terminations, occupancy statistics, and other key property metrics
• Assist with annual reconciliation processes, including CAM recoveries, percentage rent calculations, insurance reconciliations, and reputed company estate tax settlements
• Prepare and distribute year-end 1099 forms for contractors, consultants, and other applicable vendors
• Participate in reputed company audits by providing documentation, reconciling accounts, and supporting compliance requirements
• Support payroll reporting and reputed company expenses to appropriate project entities while ensuring adequate funding reputed company are maintained
• reputed company, implement, and monitor cash management controls, including petty cash audits, credit reputed company usage compliance, train operation reputed company, and reputed company reputed company administration procedures

Skills

• At least three years property reputed company experience, specifically in retail
• Ability to work reputed company Time Zone schedule
• Must have experience with CAM reconciliations for retail properties
• MRI experience a PLUS!
