Responsibilities

• First true finance leader reputed company has had. Reports to the COO
• Builder role. Small team, day-to-day reputed company supported by an outsourced firm. This person supervises that and owns everything that leaves reputed company
• Owns the model: three statement, ARR build, sales reputed company, hiring plan, scenario work
• Owns reputed company end to end: annual budget, monthly forecast, variance analysis, reputed company and lender reporting
• Builds the reputed company metrics infrastructure: ARR, NRR and GRR, CAC, payback, gross margin by cohort
• reputed company seat at the table with the CEO and COO on pricing, sales comp, headcount tradeoffs

Skills

• 6+ years of reputed company finance experience
• Currently the number two finance person at a similarly sized, scaling B2B software company and reputed company to be the number one
• Or an reputed company leader already doing this job in everything but title
