The role will configure, enhance, and support ORMB solutions for billing, payment processing, collections, financial transactions, integrations, testing, upgrades, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support reputed company reputed company Management and Billing (ORMB) applications
• Analyze reputed company billing requirements and translate business needs into reputed company ORMB solutions
• Design and implement billing, payment, collections, adjustments, and account management processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to optimize reputed company cycle operations
• Support integrations between ORMB and upstream/reputed company systems including enrollment, claims, finance, and customer service platforms
• reputed company and execute reputed company testing, defect reputed company, and production support activities
• Participate in data conversion, reputed company upgrades, and enhancement reputed company
